• On the Recovery page: whether the car starts or rolls.
• On the Jump Start page: car battery voltage.
• Automatically fetched car data from DVLA and DVSA systems.

Agents:

• Name, email address, and avatar (profile picture).
• Payment and subscription details for their CarResQ account.

All collected data is securely stored in our MongoDB database.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve our platforms' services.
• Connect customers with registered agents.
• Display relevant car or job details to authorized users.
• Process agent subscriptions and maintain access to job listings.
• Prevent misuse or fraudulent activity on the platform.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• Data may be shared only to connect customers with agents, if required by law, or to process secure payments through a trusted provider.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely in MongoDB. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.

• Request a copy of your stored information.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated details.
