2. Our Service

CarResQ provides a platform connecting customers with agents who offer car recovery, repair, and jumpstart services. We do not provide any services ourselves; we only facilitate connections between customers and agents.

3. User Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy and trustworthiness of agents before hiring.
• Agents are responsible for providing accurate information and completing jobs honestly.
• Reviews submitted by customers must not contain swear words or offensive language. Negative reviews are allowed to inform other users about poor service.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Agents must pay a subscription fee of £29.70 per month to access job listings and customer information.
• Agents are not permitted to access job pages without an active subscription.

5. Liability

• CarResQ is not responsible for any fraud, scams, or dishonesty by agents.
• CarResQ is not liable for any damage to vehicles (cars, trucks, vans, etc.) resulting from services provided by agents.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CarResQ, including logos, website design, and text, is the property of CarResQ. Users may not copy or use this content without permission.

7. Termination of Access

CarResQ reserves the right to remove or suspend any agent’s access at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. We may also remove or restrict access if a user violates these Terms.

8. Modification of Terms

CarResQ may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the website after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
